Architecture is the art and science of engineering and construction, a specialty practiced in everything related to buildings and architecture, and their design in a style and the tasks of the architect in the field of construction, planning and design of projects, and the focus in this specialty in cooperation with other team members, is on the structure of the building and interior design, and this includes: heating, ventilation, air conditioning, plumbing, electrical matters, fire protection, lighting, and other special features of the project.
It consists of several departments:

- Interior Design and Decoration Department.
- Quality Control Department.
- Animation and 3D Department.
- Urban Planning and Landscape Design Department.
Construction Department
All structural designs are designed from load calculations, and it consists of several sections:
- Concrete Structures Design Section.
- Steel Structures Design Section.
- Fully detailed executive plans section.
Studies and Master Planning
The Studies and Planning Department is one of the important departments in the organizational structure of the building, and consists of several departments:
- Feasibility studies.
- Site evaluations.
- Origin of geotechnical studies.
- Energy saving studies.
- Environmental impact assessments.
- Social impact assessments.
Business development and follow-up
Project management is the process of leading a team to achieve all project objectives within specified constraints. This information is typically described in project documents, which are created at the beginning of the development process. It includes project scope, time, and budget, and is the optimization of the allocation of necessary supplies and their application to achieve the specified project objectives. It consists of several sections:
- Business development.
- Follow-up and quality.
- Planning.
- Delivery.
Electromechanical
It combines electrical and mechanical techniques, thus it combines electrical engineering and mechanical engineering, and also includes electronic engineering. It specializes in any system that contains electrical current and applied mechanics, and it has several specializations, including:
-Infrastructure Department.
-Electrical Department.
-Health & Fire Fighting Systems.
-Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Systems.
ground survey
The ground surveying process involves taking measurements on the ground, above it and below it. What distinguishes it from other types of surveying, such as quantity surveying, is the precise determination of ground points and the distances and angles between them. It consists of several sections:
-Drone surveying
-GBS surveying
-Total stashion surveying
-Aerial surveying or photogrammetry.
Security and safety
It is a set of means that contribute to reducing the possibility of danger to individuals and property, leading to protection from damage or injuries,
- Architectural lifting from architectural plans or from nature.
- Lifting systems for the entire warehouse from nature.
- Preparing a complete technical safety study, including:
• Preparing a comprehensive technical report on public safety systems and requirements and study references.
